So that your economic situation is never the determining factor as to whether you achieve your dream of becoming a professional chef, the Instituto Culinario de México offers a variety of scholarships to assist our students.

SPONSORSHIP SCHOLARSHIP*
Benefit: 24% discount on your yearly registration fees
This is obtained automatically when you first enter the ICUM and continues throughout your time with us provided you continue to meet the requirements established by the Faniancial Aid Department.

SEP (SECRETARíA DE EDUCACIÓN PÚBLICA) SCHOLARSHIP*
Beneficio: 25 to 50% dicount on your yearly registration fees.
If you have and maintain an 8.5 average, you are eligable to apply beginning in the second semester of studies and continue receiving this scholarship for the duration of your studies provided you meet the requirements established by the Secretariate of Public Education (Secretaría de Educación Pública) .

The ICUM provides you with the opportunity to combine the SEP Scholarship with the Sponsorship Scholarship receiving a minimum of 43% up to 62% off your yearly registration fees.
